| Abstract |

I have studied on the relationship between preceding study and satisfaction degree of their department for the 436 students of department of cosmetology at the 3 Universities. My research results are as follows. Major satisfactions degree based on whether if students experience preceding study or not in the hair field, appeared more highly to the students who have experiences than who have not. Also, major satisfaction degree regarding the preceding study field shows difference in all fields of the hair, the skin, the make-up, and the nail. Major satisfaction degree regarding the duration of preceding study does not show difference in all fields. Major satisfaction degree regarding department decision time appeared certainly highly to the students who have decided department before junior high school than who have decided later. Department satisfaction degree according to whether if students have preceding study or not, appeared more highly to the students who have preceding study than who have not. Department satisfaction degree regarding the duration and fields of preceding study does not show difference. Department satisfaction degree according to the department decision time, appeared more highly to the students who decided department before junior high school or and 1st, 2nd grade in highschool than cram to repeat a college entrance exam. It shows that the students who decided their department as earlier, have high pride for their department. |
