Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify how Service Orientation affects the employees` job satisfaction, and also to suggest more effective ways to maintain its service quality and differentiated services. Also, it is to look into how the concept of Service Orientation that the previous scholars claimed has been applied. The results of this research are the following: First, after testing the hypothesis one [Service Orientation will have a positive effect on employees` job satisfaction], the test results show that all the factors of Service Orientation have positive effects on the job satisfaction.
