Beauty Behavior and Managerial Technological Competence According to Entrepreneurship - For Beauty Service Workers -

Abstract
The characteristics of the beauty service industry are the labor - intensive industry type in which human resources are highly dependent on the human aesthetic desires of technology and services, which are not handled by physical systems. Such human dependence is high and it is perceived as an important factor through the personal, organizational and innovative activities with entrepreneurship for the continuous growth and development of the cosmetic service industry, where small-scale capital enterprises are scattered. The venture runner for enhancing the competitiveness of the cosmetics service industry will act as a high value-added driving force, so that it can be expected to have an effect on managerial and technical competence. First, the venture runners of the beauty service industry showed a significant influence on beauty behavior. Behavioral behaviors were most perceived in beauty behavior, but innovation and risk sensitivity did not affect beauty behavior. Second, as a result of the influence on the venture runner management capacity and technological capacity, the higher the risk sensitivity, initiative, and innovation, the higher the managerial capacity of the beauty worker. However, if technological competence is advanced and innovation is high, technical competency is increased, but risk sensitivity is not technically competent. Third, the higher the perceived beauty behaviors, the more the managerial and technological competence affected the beauty behavior. Fourth, in the relationship between entrepreneurship and managerial and technical competence, mediating effects of beauty behavior on the relationship between innovativeness, initiative, risk sensitivity and managerial competence and technical competence.
