Abstract |
This study aimed to verify the effectiveness of ADSC-CM, and also to test differences in the effectiveness of ADSC-CM in accordance with texture. The research target was middle aged women in the ages 30s~ mid 50s, who had hyperpigmentation and eye wrinkles, and the researcher provided them with research sample and let them applied 3 mL portion over the whole face with an airbrush for 28 days, twice a day in the morning and the evening .The control group(C), experimental group1(E1), and experimental group2(E2) were composed of 20 people each. The research samples provided to both experimental groups contained different ingredients such as ADSC-CM 5% for E1, and APL(Adipose-derived stem cell Protein complex Liposome) 5% for E2. In C, the moisture content was decreased in all the items including forehead, jaw, Rt. cheek, and Lt. cheek. In E1, the moisture content was increased in all the items except for Lt. cheek. In E2, the moisture content was increased in all the items except for forehead. In C, the overall mean of TEWL was 27.1% increased while it was decreased by 9.3% in E1 and 0.2% in E2. Compared to the pre-test, the post facial skin tone was increased by 0.1% in C, 0.6%(p<.05) in E1, and 0.7%(p<.05) in E2. In conclusion, the effectiveness of ADSC- CM was verified on all items including skin moisture content, TEWL, facial skin tone, melanin and erythema of lid cheek, eye wrinkle, skin roughness of lid cheek. And APL showed higher efficacy than ADSC-CM. |
