The Desirability of a Hairdresser's Life, the Closeness of Organization, the Relationship of Long-term Service

Abstract
Due to the nature of the beauty service industry, the turnover rate is increasing due to the mental and physical stress of workers, such as long-term labor, low wages and poor welfare benefits, and the current situation is that the management of hair salons has become difficult due to the exodus and complaints of consumers. This study sought to increase the long-term of workers. This study collected data using questionnaire and used SPSS 22.0. To see the effects between each parameter, we used regression and parametric regression to see the effects of the parameters. As a result, unmarried women in their 20s had the highest response rate, while their monthly salary was more than 2 million won and less than 2.5 million won. In addition, worked for more than a year and less than five years, and many attended or graduated from college. said that there were many designers in job and that many people had two days off a week. In addition, the satisfaction of life was derived by two factors: external satisfaction and internal satisfaction, and intimacy and long-term service were derived as a single factor. Finding out the effect of life satisfaction on intimacy and long-term service, all found to have a definition effect, and intimacy was having a definition effect on long-term service. In addition, intimacy has all been shown to have a mediated effect in the relationship between external satisfaction, inner satisfaction and long-term service. Therefore, efforts will be needed to enhance trust and intimacy with employees, such as thinking communication with employees at Salon is important and engaging in activities that allow them to spend extra time together.
