| Abstract |
|
The purpose of this study is to enhance the competence of hair care workers and to enhance the performance of the beauty services industry. There were 5 competence factors of hair care workers and 3 factors of sub - factors of management performance. As a result of examining the effect of competence of hair care workers on business performance, statistically significant results were obtained in customer performance, organizational performance and market performance. The competence of hair care workers is an important variable in business performance. As a result, positive expectations about hair care workers, formal rewards of work performance, and program development for enhancing individual competence can contribute to human resource management and management performance improvement in the hair service industry. Although this study was limited to the variables of the survey subjects and the individual competence of hair care workers, it is hoped that the follow-up study will continue the comprehensive study to strengthen the capacity of the organization considering various variables by supplementing the limitations. |
