A Study on Difference of Jaycustomer Behavior and Job Exhaustion According to Beauty Service Employee

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide basic data by analyzing characteristics of employees of beauty service industry, jaycustomer behavior and difference of offices. And it was conducted to provide basic data on personnel management to cosmetics companies and research and educational institutions. 384 copies were used as the final analysis for the questionnaire survey conducted in the cosmetics service industry in Seoul and Gyeonggi area The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical package program after data coding. There were differences in gender, age, educational background, marital status, monthly average income, and academic background, marital status, and occupational field among the employees in the cosmetics service industry. Job exhaustion according to the general characteristics of workers has been shown to affect age, education, monthly income, and occupation.(p<.01),(p<.001) As a result of this study, it is helpful to construct a practical human resource management program for the staff resource recruitment of the beauty service companies by referring to the characteristics of the beauty service workers, experienced jaycustomer behavior and job exhaustion. And It is intended to be used as a basis for comparative analysis with other industries.
