Legal Responsibility for Beauty Treatment Accident of Beauty Salon

Abstract
Beauty treatment accident is an unwanted consequence of beauty treatment procedures. In this research, we interpret the accident arising from the beauty treatment practice in the beauty salon, clarify the responsibility of the accident, to try to depart from the conflict of parties and the necessity of accident prevention. The purpose of the research is to seek whether damages liability will be established based on civil law torts and default on accidents occurring during beauty treatment. In general, the responsibility of beauty treatment accident are classified into tort liability responsibility and liability for default. Before a hairdresser makes perm, she must carefully observe the condition of the hair to make accurate diagnosis and observe the time required for perm. However, if the hairdresser has damaged the client`s hair, the hairdresser is responsible for damages. The duty of a hairdresser is classified as basic duty of obligation and individual obligation of a customer if it must protect in the process of beauty treatment. In this research, I would like to interpret the responsibility of a hairdresser by intention and negligence, and analyze the scope of responsibility. In order to prevent the hairdresser`s responsibility, incumbent training is necessary, and at university it is necessary to establish a curriculum for protecting the rights of hairdressers and prevention of legal responsibility.
