Research Paper : The Difference of Leadership Type and Business Results in Leadership Effect of Beauty Shop Managers

Abstract
In this study, 750 beauty shop owners located in Seoul and Gyeong gi was surveyed and analyzed Management characteristics of the salon managers on leadership effectiveness, leadership and management performance factors studied differences, the number of groups with experience of 5 to 10 years was turned out to be the highest on managerial characteristics from classification of leadership effect. In addition, 38.6% of shops had less than 5 managers representing a difference on the type of beauty shop. The difference of sales was turned out to be 28.1%. The amount of 10 million and 20 million was turned out to be the highest in 28.1%, respectively. As for a difference on leadership factors,
