Abstract
This study performed direct and emulsification perm repetitive processing that were treated on the site for the health women in 30`s and observed the wave effects and the tensile strength and elongation rate. The results are as follows. In the first direct perm, the wave form of normal, coloring and bleaching hair was loose, and in the second and third perm, the wave form was more elastic than that of the first perm. But, in the first emulsification perm, the wave formation power was relatively behind. But, in the second and third perm, the wave was formed more elastically than the first perm, and overall hair texture was crumbly, but the wave was formed clear. For the tensile strength of hair cuticle, the coloring hair in the direct perm, and coloring and bleaching hair in the emulsification perm showed significant difference(p<.001~.05). For elongation rate in the direct and emulsification perm, and normal and coloring hair of direct perm, and normal, coloring and bleaching hair in the emulsification perm which has no significant difference. But in the bleaching hair of direct perm which showed significant difference(p<.05).
