| Abstract |
|
In order to research on self-efficacy and self-esteem of the college students majoring beauty cares, datum of 408 college students were analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 statistics package. As a result, On positive and proactive behavior factor, in the aspect of self-efficacy according to the gender, we could see the self-efficacy of men is higher than the one of women (P <0.05). In the aspect of self-efficacy according to the kind of graduated high school, we could see that the students graduated beauty care related high school has highest selfefficacy (P<0.05). In the aspect of self-efficacy according to the experience of failure at the college entrance exam, we could see that students experienced failure at college entrance exam have higher self-efficacy than the students not experienced (P<0.05). In the aspect of self-efficacy according to the experience of prerequisite learning, we could see that students experienced prerequisite learning, has higher self-efficacy than the students not experienced (P<0.05). In the aspect of self-esteem according to the experience of failure at the college entrance exam, we could see that students experienced failure at college entrance exam have higher self-esteem than the students not experienced (P<0.05). In the aspect of self-esteem according to the experience of prerequisite learning, we could see that students experienced prerequisite learning, has higher self-efficacy than the students had not experienced in sincerity and responsibility factor (P<0.05). In the aspect of effect that self-efficacy affects self-esteem, positive and active behavior with self-esteem is confirmed as a main static factor affecting self-esteem, pride, sincerity and responsibility of college students department of cosmetology. |
